Job Description

Adria Solutions is recruiting an IT Support Technician in Manchester. The role provides first- and second-line technical support for a range of IT queries and involves supporting users through phone, email, in-person and remote channels.

The position also involves software and hardware configuration, incident management and service improvement activities.

Requirements

Experience with Office 365, including OneDrive, Exchange and Teams, together with experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS systems.

Knowledge or experience with Azure Active Directory, VMware, Entra ID, IT service desk tools and ITIL-based procedures is required or desirable depending on the skill area.
