Registered Nurse – Community Aged Care & NDIS

Mars Recruitment is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a community care provider in Australia's Northern Territory. The role combines in-home aged care nursing with support for participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Responsibilities include providing clinical care, conducting assessments, developing and reviewing care plans, managing medications, documenting patient information and working with families and healthcare professionals to promote clients' health, dignity and independence.

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Relevant experience in community nursing, aged care or disability services.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in community settings.
• Willingness to relocate to the Northern Territory.

• AUD $125,000–$128,000 annual salary plus superannuation.
• AUD $10,000 relocation package.
