Composite Manufacturing Technician

The Exploration Company is recruiting a Composite Manufacturing Technician to manufacture thermal protection systems for aerospace applications. Duties include preparing materials and tools, performing composite moulding and infusion, operating curing ovens and autoclaves, finishing composite panels, operating CNC machines, conducting quality inspections and maintaining production equipment.

• Technical qualification equivalent to an associate degree in composites, materials, manufacturing, plastics engineering, aeronautics or a related industrial field.
• At least 5 years of composite-manufacturing experience.
• Experience with moulding, infusion and curing processes.
• Experience operating CNC machinery for composite finishing.
• Knowledge of basic industrial equipment maintenance.
• Precision, independence and teamwork.
